Is Adobe Connect extra?

I currently have an All Apps sub with Adobe. I just heard about "Connect" and was wondering if this is an app that can be added or if its extra.  I used to use gotomeeting for online seminars. But don't want to spend the $$/mo. for that if I don't have to. Anyone know if Connect is something I am qualified to use with my current sub plan?

Adobe Connect is not part of the Creative Cloud. You will need to purchase additional licenses if you would like to use Connect.
