Everytime a user logs into Adobe connect she is asked to reset her password. every day she has to get a link to reset the pasword. the password is being entered correctly

Any suggestions on how to fis this woudl be great!

Sounds like they are using the Forgot Your Password link every day. That or an account Admin is sending them the reset password email every day. This isn't really behavior that Connect does automatically. If needed, you can contact the Connect Support team to see if they can see in the logs why that users is getting those emails on a regular basis. 

If it helps, they can disregard those emails and continue to use Connect normally if their current password works for them. Those emails don't force a pw reset, but rather just give a method for the user to reset their pw.

Hi

Every time she tries to login she is told incorrect username or password and we have all tried and we know it is correct

The only workaround is to reset the password either using the link or getting Admin to reset

 

This happens every day and we don’t know how to fix it or stop it happening

Well, it may take Adobe looking at that user on the server side to see what is going on. My other option would be to delete the user account and then re-create it. See if that resolves the issue.
