Only just recently on my MAC and Firefox that has always worked- anytime I do SHARE SCREEN, the whole application/program crashes and offers no solutions.

Were you able to get it working?

Off the top of my head a reinstall of Adobe Connect add-in and updating to the latest Flash Player can help.

I'm seeing something similar with a user on a Mac with Safari and the latest Add In when trying to share the Desktop.... with me as presenter.

Thanks Nitin... it is a little difficult as I am trying to assist this person with Lightroom issues by remote. I have established he has 10.6.8 on his iMac. I think it just crashes with no report but I will ask again tomorrow as we are working on a 5 hour time difference.

So even his Safari is ancient.

I did get him to update Flash and restart.

Maybe I will get him  to update the OS first to Yosemite... but even that is difficult as the user is not so computer literate...

Anyway I will respond again tomorrow and many thanks for your quick response.

Correct - i was on OS X < 10.7 and adobe did not support that anymore - once I upgraded to >10.7 (Yosemite) - it is working now...of course that also forces me to upgrade several other programs - but probably I needed to get more current
