Hi, during a session I hosted the attendee's audio and video weren't automatically set up. I had to manually enable one at a time for each attendee - which was a pain. Any way I can avoid this?

The ability to broadcast audio and video by attendees in the Participant role is not enabled by default. You can choose the option in the drop down menus for the audio and video tools at the top of the meeting and select the option to 'Allow Participants to Use Microphone' or 'Enable Webcam for Participants'.
Alternatively you could select the Meeting menu (click on the name of the room), then Manage Access & Entry and click 'Auto-promote Participants to Presenters'. This will allow everyone who joins the room to broadcast audio and video, but it also allows everyone to interact with all the pods displayed in the room, so be careful with this one.
