Hi @hana234apps , can you help me understand why you would be using two different email addresses to sign in to the same account? You can sign in to two different machines with the same Adobe ID today

Hi @Kalvyn Rasquinha thank you for your response, the reason i need to log in to a different email address is because who own the account, who pays for the account, have he's own files he edit, and i have my own files i edit, and we want the files to be private, that's why i need to log in to a different email but the same subscription plan, he pays for both of us

From Adobe Help:
"Can I share my Adobe account with family members or friends?
"No, individual plans are for one person only. You can't have more than one person share an individual plan. Read more about the Use of Services and Software and User Conduct in Adobe General Terms of Use and learn how to best use your individual Adobe licenses and memberships."
Details here: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/policy-account-sharing.html
This is intentional and not a bug, so I've moved this thread to Discussions for now.

Hi there,
We cannot locate an active plan associated with the Adobe ID you used to post your recent query.
Currently, Adobe does not allow users to log into one account with two different email addresses, even if it's on two different computers. Each Adobe account is tied to a single email address, and that email is associated with the subscription plan. Adobe allows users to use one account on multiple devices, but the logins must have the same email and account credentials.
Thank you.
Regards,
^AN

Thanks for clarifying, @hana234apps . As others have pointed out, this is not supported. Based on what you've described, you can either sign up for a separate subscription so your plan and files are separate from the current account owner OR you can switch to a Teams account and the current owner can manage the Teams contract and assign you your own seat.
