On Windows 10, using the latest version of Adobe CC, the process “Node.js Javascript Runtime” uses 100% of a core, all the time. This is a relatively new problem. My computer’s fans are running non-stop as a result. The Node.js thing is located in: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud Experience\libs
It would be incredibly useful to have a "Ripple Expand" feature that restores selected (or all) timeline clips to their full source length while automatically rippling subsequent clips to prevent overlaps. This would make it easy to recover from accidental trims in large projects without manually expanding each clip one by one. A simple option like "Expand to Source Duration (Ripple)" would save significant editing time.
I updated my Mac to Tahoe 26.5.2 and Adobe Bridge 13.0.0.562 ... Now when I attempt to upload files from my SD card, it only uploads the older files ... It doesn't recognize the new files ... I did load them in my mac laptop, so the issue in on my desktop ... I am dumbfounded ... PLEASE help!

I was reviewing my Login Items in macOS System Settings and noticed I have both "Adobe Creative Cloud" and "Creative Cloud" listed as separate items allowed to run in the background. Since there is only one main Creative Cloud app, why are there two separate entries here?Additionally, I am seeing entries for both "Adobe Acrobat" and "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC," as well as a generic "Adobe Inc." item.I understand that background processes are necessary for things like syncing and updates, but this feels redundant. Is this expected behavior, or is it possible I have leftover items from old installations that need to be cleaned up?macOS and Adobe are updated to the latest as of this post.
Hi there,For months I have this issues with Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop. I'm running ACCD on an up to date WIN11PRO computer (DELL Alienware). Problems starts since ACCD stops silently launch at startup and run in the background, letting me work from any location (ISP). Since 1 or maybe almost 2 years ago, ACCD won't silently starts anymore, it always popup on computer's start and ask me if I want to connect to CC. Nowadays I could connect from work to CC but I could not connect anymore from home (both on wi-fi connections). Why I'm saying this? Because I could connect from home through the wire!!! I have try'd all Adobe's solutions, and YES, I do have internet connection!!! The wire is not a solution at home because of the house setting, it could be just a temporary solution. If I connect my computer wi-fi via my phone's hotspot or if I "delete/forget” my wi-fi connection it works (connect to CC) 2 times out of 10 cases. So, If anyone could help me solve this issue I'd much obliged.M
Operating System: Windows 11 Home v:25H2AI Version: Adobe Illustrator 2026 30.6 (desktop)I have an Illustrator Cloud Document that I created myself and have been working on across multiple computers using Adobe Creative Cloud. All artwork was created by me within Illustrator. The issue appears to affect objects copied from one specific cloud document into another. The affected objects are simple vector circles with gradient shading. Prior to the issue, they behaved normally. Additional Symptoms:The Appearance panel is completely blank when an affected object is selected. The object remains visible until it is transformed. After reflecting, the object becomes invisible, however its vector paths remain selectable and visible in Outline mode. The Layers panel continues to show the object. Using the Eyedropper Tool on an affected object consistently causes Illustrator to crash. Applying a normal Fill temporarily restores the object's appearance, however Undo returns it to the corrupted state
Hello, Before this inevitably gets taken down, allow me to vent about how Adobe is one of the worst companies to exist. When I first got into digtial media design in college, the CCS was pushed to every student so that we could complete projects.. IF you made the mistake of buying any app for a monthly fee, or assuming that you could cancel without paying an early cancellation fee, you're sorely mistaken. AND, AND, Adobe loves to do this thing where, upon trying to cancel your fee, they try to keep you paying for their service, so they offer you a discount price for the next few months, or even just a few months free! How sweet of them! Hey, I have an insane idea haha, why don't you just take the money that you wouldv'e lost giving me a discount/free months, and just [cursing removed] REFUND ME FOR THE TIME I AM NOT USING THE PROGRAM. Anyways, [cursing removed] thank you for the time 🙂
Creative Cloud Desktop says Error Code 190. “Error code 190 indicates that your device does not meet the minimum system requirements for installing the application.” I’m running Windows 10 Pro version 22H2 build 19045.7548. The technical requirements say Windows 10 64 bit 1903 or later. The only software I’m subscribed to are Photoshop and Lightroom, which have been updating fine. What’s the problem with CC Desktop? (And yes, I saw that new Bridge requires Windows 11)https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/apps/system-requirements/creative-cloud-desktop-app-system-requirements.html
I edit a TV series. There’s one more editor beside me and we share the projects through Team Projects. It doesn’t work right from the start, we have lost much time just by waiting for the projects to be opened, updated, published, but today I found no projects in the Manage Team Projects window on neither of computers. So as of today we cannot access the 10 episodes we’re working on, and our editing stops here. I won’t describe how I feel about that. What should I do to get our projects back?
Creative Cloud desktop, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat keep crashing. The Creative Cloud app randomly opens when I don’t need it and crashes. Have uninstalled CC and all apps, and re-installed but still happening. I’m trying to download Acrobat again but it is stuck. It is affecting other apps too like Chrome and Word.My laptop is brand new:HP ProbookAMD Ryzen 7 7730U16.0 GB (15.3 GB usable)64-bit137 GB of 477 GB usedWindows 11 Business version 25H2, fully up-to-date per Windows updater.Had problems with it on my old laptop so was hoping that getting a new one would fix it all. I am unable to do half my job due to these issues.
I redeemed an Adobe Photography plan code, but Creative Cloud still asks me to buy a plan. The subscription appears on my account with an expiration date, but I cannot access Photoshop or Lightroom.
The left sidebar of my CC app shows only Applications and Marketplace. Where have the links to Fonts and Stock gone?CC version 6.10.0.253 on Mac OS Tahoe 26.5.2
There is no Beta Tab Option, many times CC uninstall and installed, sign out and sign in but still issue not solved
Almost every recent update to applications (specifically InDesign and Illustrator) cause the apps to crash or not open at all. I then need to reinstall an older version in order to use the application. It’s been happening for probably over a year now.
no beta tab i have done all the possible thing i need urgent resolution
Hi All, Has anyone else had the issue where Sora is not showing up on the partner models to generate videos? Please could this be looked into and sorted, this is the only model i use Thank you,
While generally I've only lurked the Adobe forums I've finally worked up guts to post this. I also know that about every 1-2 months this question is asked but I think it deserves a another go around. My premises is this: Adobe joined the Linux Foundation in 2008 for a focus on Linux for Web 2.0 Applications like Adobe® Flash® Player and Adobe AIR™. Currently Adobe holds a silver membership status with the Linux Foundation. So why in the world do they not have any Creative Cloud Programs available in Linux without the need for WINE and other such workarounds. I think it's a sucky move to support the Linux Foundation and use Linux in the back-end while not doing anything to support actual Linux users who have for at least a decade requested Adobe desktop products on Linux. Sure it's going to take a lot of manpower, financial resources, etc. But to truly support Linux and the Linux Foundation I think it's necessary that y'all do make things like Photoshop and Lightroom
In version 2026.001.21691 of Acrobat, a new bug has occurred which prevents Windows 10 machines from sleeping. Once you have chosen, “Edit Using . . . Adobe Photoshop,” the computer will no longer sleep until Acrobat is completely closed. Closing Photoshop has no impact on the bug.The Windows powercfg utility reports that it is msedgewebview2.exe which is preventing the sleep: PS C:\Windows\system32> powercfg /requestsDISPLAY:[PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume7\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\EdgeWebView\Application\150.0.4078.83\msedgewebview2.exeVideo Wake LockSYSTEM:[PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume7\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\EdgeWebView\Application\150.0.4078.83\msedgewebview2.exeVideo Wake LockAWAYMODE:None.EXECUTION:None.PERFBOOST:None.ACTIVELOCKSCREEN:None.
It can take 20 seconds or more to move from image to image. Sometimes I have to switch between images to get edits to show. The remove tool, spins and spins. When it finally catches up only part of the selections shows.
Not much to describe. Bridge updated, and now I can’t open it to use.

Our organization manages Adobe Creative Cloud through Adobe Enterprise licensing and supports a variety of shared computing environments, including instructional labs, classroom workstations, multimedia studios, kiosks, and shared production devices. The recent request to implement automatic sign-out policies has created operational challenges for these shared devices. While automatic sign-out is an important security feature for individually assigned user accounts, it negatively impacts legitimate shared-use scenarios. We request the ability for Enterprise administrators to designate specific accounts or devices that are exempt from automatic sign-out policies.Proposed SolutionProvide one or more of the following administrative options:Allow designated Enterprise accounts to be excluded from automatic sign-out. Allow exclusions based on user groups within the Adobe Admin Console. Allow exclusions based on Shared Device Licensing or other shared account classifications. Allow exclusions
