Hey, I have a problem with After Effects . It doesn't open after crashing ! Now, it doesn't open at all!
In 2022 I created an account. I was able to write a little about the account, and was going to start using it as an account. I added a logo / brand that I was using as my brand at the time. Then, I had to log out. When I tried to log in, it would not let me. I tried to reset my password, but that didn’t work. I have since deleted that email account, and now I have a new brand for my business, and I need to delete that account, because it has my old logo on it. I still have the original artwork to prove that I created the original art, but I cannot access the account - since now I no longer have access to the old email. I need to delete the account.
I have choppy drone footage (shot with DJI Air 2S) because I haven't mastered flying the drone. It has stop, starts, moves fast, moves slow. Which Adobe app should I be using to smooth it out and will Adobe AI help with the project?
I keep getting the orange error message stating that adobe is having trouble getting my results.
My adobe photoshop is not downloading the files from Adobe Cloud. When i try to download, it stucks and do not process. First i thought it might be a RAM issue so i upgraded from 16GB to 32GB. After upgrading the RAM the issue is not yet resolved and such a great bottleneck within fast pace work system. I Have tried every thing to bring it back on track but after everything it is still not downloading files from cloud.Any solutions and guide would be appreciated. Thanks
Hello, Before this inevitably gets taken down, allow me to vent about how Adobe is one of the worst companies to exist. When I first got into digtial media design in college, the CCS was pushed to every student so that we could complete projects.. IF you made the mistake of buying any app for a monthly fee, or assuming that you could cancel without paying an early cancellation fee, you're sorely mistaken. AND, AND, Adobe loves to do this thing where, upon trying to cancel your fee, they try to keep you paying for their service, so they offer you a discount price for the next few months, or even just a few months free! How sweet of them! Hey, I have an insane idea haha, why don't you just take the money that you wouldv'e lost giving me a discount/free months, and just [cursing removed] REFUND ME FOR THE TIME I AM NOT USING THE PROGRAM. Anyways, [cursing removed] thank you for the time 🙂

Photoshop Ver 27.6 is giving me this error saying it cannot load measurment scale presets. I can open old files but it i save then or make a new copy I cannot open them again. How do I fix this?
For a few months now, the Updates for any of the CC desktop apps have been, and are still, VERY slow to download. And then, it will stall out anywhere from ¼ to ½ way through the download.Adobe acknowledges this by having a “pop-up” message at the bottom of the screen stating there is a problem and they are working/trying to resolve the issue.I have cancelled the downloads, restarted the computer and restarted the whole update process but to no avail. I have done this multiple times and what is puzzling, is that after I do all this, I have to re-install the apps, which I was trying to update, and the download process (of installing the apps from scratch) works just fine … and is installed with the latest updates.It’s just the “Updating” process that has a problem.It is not my computer causing this as all my other apps run and update just fine … and it is not my Internet connection which speed tests at around 170Mbps DL / 40Mbps UL.So, Adobe … why is this happening? Long time subscriber to Cretaive Cloud, but just recently saw the advertised "50% discount" to dropbox. I am already a subscriber to Dropbox. I contacted them and discovered that if one is already a subscriber, then there is NO 50% discount. Coming on the heels of a 50% increase in CC rates, this game playing by dropbox is disappointing and CC should mention that if you already subscribe to dropbox, no 50% discount for you. It is only for new subscribers.
I was having a persistent error in Creative Cloud Desktop "Libraries Sync Error. A problem occurred. Your library has been refreshed." I think the error was due to a corrupted file in my library. After trying a whole bunch of stuff I finally found a fix that worked. Note: This resets your libraries to their default empty state so you'll need to rebuild your libraries.1. Quit the Adobe Creative Cloud application2. Go into Task Manager/Activity Monitor and quit any processes that belong to Creative Cloud (not sure if this is entirely necessary but it doesn't hurt.)3. Go to the location of the library files:Win - C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Creative Cloud LibrariesMac - /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Creative Cloud Libraries4. Drag all of the files out of this folder to somewhere else on your drive5. Restart computer and Creative Cloud Desktop
InDesign is doing this semi freeze thing when I place or replace images. Random images and random formats. The background task hoop turns on and I can do somethings sometimes but not always. If I close everything then close the program there is a message but it's up for a half a second, dissapears and then a new start window opens and refuses to do anything else. I have to "End Task" to get it to close. I've deleted tempfiles, uninstalled and reinstalled, turned off GPU, and did that Ctrl + Alt + Shift thing.
When I find out there’s an updated version of a Photoshop plugin I use (in this case Web Sharp Pro), and I hit Manage Plugins in Photoshop to open Creative Cloud--or if I open Creative Cloud directly, and go to Manage Plugins--the page takes forever trying to load, and ends with “Something went wrong. If reloading the page doesn’t fix the problem, please contact customer support for help.” and a Reload Page button. Hitting that button doesn’t reload the page though, it takes me to the Featured Plugins page, and there’s no way to open Manage Plugins and reload the page.When I search for the app to do the upgrade manually, it just gives me the Install button (it’s already installed, of course)--pressing that sends it to try and install the app, which fails after about five to ten minutes of trying.Once several weeks ago, after an update to Creative Cloud, it worked perfectly and the plugin was updated; but since then there have been several new versions, and I’m still on the old version.
I have been experiencing inconsistent behavior when using multilingual input (especially Japanese IME) across several Creative Cloud applications such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.The same OS and IME settings produce different results depending on the application. Examples include unexpected mode switching, premature text commitment, or differences in how the composition state is handled.This makes multilingual input difficult to use reliably in a Creative Cloud workflow.I would like to know if: this is a known issue there are any recommended settings for stable multilingual input the behavior differences between applications are expected If needed, I can share additional observations.Thank you.
I’m trying to work in Lightroom. and it’s saying my cloud storage is full so I can’t upload anymore photos. I’ve gone into my deleted in Lightroom (empty). I’ve gone into Creative Cloud (both via desktop app and web) and “my files” EMPTY; “deleted” EMPTY. So where the hell do I delete stuff to clear up space so I can work again? And can I turn off this cloud crap so I don’t have this issue again?
I dont know it’s mac problem or Adobe. I spend hours wating! instead simply they can add direct link to download each app

I was really confused about my CPU fans working all the time even when the system is ideling, with no apps running (Win 11) I checked the taskmanager and there is a task running with the name of “node.exe”. if I close that task, the peaks of my CPU immediately come down and the system gets quiet… until some seconds later the task is started again and leads to performance peaks in the first 4 Cores of the CPU.The node.exe is located in this folder: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud Experience\libsI just moved it to somewhere else, so it couldn’t restart and voilá, when I kill the task once again, the system stays quiet. the red line marks the time I shut down the node.exe taskGuys, I have this with my home machine, and the PC at work. Trouble Accessing All Apps in Adobe Creative Cloud ProScreen Shot of my Creative Cloud DesktopHello!I have Adobe Creative Cloud Pro, and have downloaded the creative cloud desktop app. I am having issues accessing all of the apps in my plan.When I launch my Creative Cloud desktop app, I do not see all of the apps within my plan show up on the All Apps dashboard.I have attempted to download additional apps directly from the website like they suggest, but every time I download an app from the website, launch the .exe to run the installer, it opens the Creative Cloud desktop app and nothing happens. No download, no extra pop-ups, just opening the app.I have tried the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool after uninstalling everything as well.I cannot find a solution on the web. I have uninstalled all of the Adobe products from my computer and reinstalled and that hasn't fixed the issue.If anyone has had a similar issue, or knows of a fix, please let me know. Thank you!PC. Hello,I am having an issue with Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop and my purchased Photoshop plugins.I own several plugins, including DitherTone Pro by Doron Studio, RetraTone by Texturelabs, and others. Until recently, these plugins were installed, visible in Creative Cloud under the Plugins section, and I was able to use them normally in Photoshop.Now, I can no longer install them or use them. The Creative Cloud Desktop app shows an error under Stock & Marketplace → Plugins → Manage plugins, saying:“Something went wrong. I recently installed Creative Cloud Desktop. However when I open it, it says “Offline”. I obviously do have Internet. I have tried some suggested solutions, like setting my date and time to automatic. I’ve checked my firewall but no listing for Adobe. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Creative Cloud Desktop. Nothing works.But I should mention that when I installed the Creative Cloud Desktop and opened it, a dialogue box came up saying, “do you want to save or find the file ieframe.dll?”Thanks for your help with this issue.
beta apps do not show in cloud app - so can’t check for updates or reinstall - in PS beta - lost access to gen ai products - only Firefly shows. Yesterday: I had a couple hours with online support and computer share - and they failed to get adobe cloud and apps fixed - but I got no follow up email to know my next steps - like who is getting back to me, when or if I have to do something. I DO NOT want to go through all the reinstall of my customizations and plugin installs only to have it undone again as one oftheir steps was to remove everything and do a fresh cloud install! What am I supposed to do - it seems they don’t work on sunday or something… ADVISE please?
