Hi everyone,I’m using a Microsoft Surface Laptop 7 with Snapdragon X Elite (Windows 11 ARM 64-bit) and I’ve been running Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator (beta), and Lightroom without any issues until last week.Since a recent Windows update or possibly an Adobe update, none of the apps will launch anymore – not even the Creative Cloud Desktop app itself.When I try to start Creative Cloud (or Photoshop), I immediately get the following error message:“The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Today I paid for a monthly subscription to Adobe Premiere Pro and today I decided to upgrade to a full annual Creative Cloud subscription. Will the $40 I paid for Adobe Premiere Pro be refunded? Since I also paid $39 for Creative Cloud

Creative Cloud 6.8.1.861 under macOS 26.3.1: empty folders named ngl keep being created in /Users/Shared, typically within a day after I delete their predecessor.  Is there a way to keep this from happening?I asked this question in an Apple macOS forum, and was told that it was related to Adobe Creative Cloud Next Generation Licensing.  Can anyone here (or Adobe) help?  Again, is there a way to keep this from happening?

 How do I delete the automatic generated “AI generated content” comments in Adobe Acrobat that pop up when make “print” PDFs. The content comments AI makes is horrible! 

I have a 4090 graphics card with 128gb of ram. I can run 3D scan processing. Render water simulation in Blender. The only program that stutters and takes forever to load up is photoshop. I used to run CS2 on a little laptop back20 years ago and it was flawless. There is seriously something wrong with photoshops priorities. I would like to suggest a new version of photoshop.. Classic. What I would do for Cs2 speeds. 

I was having a persistent error in Creative Cloud Desktop "Libraries Sync Error. A problem occurred. Your library has been refreshed." I think the error was due to a corrupted file in my library. After trying a whole bunch of stuff I finally found a fix that worked. Note: This resets your libraries to their default empty state so you'll need to rebuild your libraries.1. Quit the Adobe Creative Cloud application2. Go into Task Manager/Activity Monitor and quit any processes that belong to Creative Cloud (not sure if this is entirely necessary but it doesn't hurt.)3. Go to the location of the library files:Win - C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Creative Cloud LibrariesMac - /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Creative Cloud Libraries4. Drag all of the files out of this folder to somewhere else on your drive5. Restart computer and Creative Cloud Desktop 

With real estate agents wanting options to virtually add furniture  / clean up clutter with AI, change sky colors, etc, etc, what is everyone using ? A stand alone program / app or is there any that works with  / in Photoshop? 

This is something that is really annoying me. Photoshop is now sending me update prompts on my desktop. Even when I close the lightbox window it reappears every day or two. I've tried quitting Photoshop and Creative Cloud and updating my notification preferences on Creative Cloud, yet it continues to appear at the bottom right-hand side of my desktop. It's not even set up in my System Settings notifications so how and why are you doing this? How do I switch it off and, if I can't, please can Adobe switch it off? I don't need further prompts from you suggesting I update my apps - I can see them in Creative Cloud and will decide when I update when I'm good and ready. I'm unhappy that you even have the ability to do this on my desktop. I didn't choose to receive these notifications so please advise on how I remove them or remove completely - you're populating my work screen with unecessary information. I was really confused about my CPU fans working all the time even when the system is ideling, with no apps running (Win 11) I checked the taskmanager and there is a task running with the name of “node.exe”. if I close that task, the peaks of my CPU immediately come down and the system gets quiet… until some seconds later the task is started again and leads to performance peaks in the first 4 Cores of the CPU.The node.exe is located in this folder: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud Experience\libsI just moved it to somewhere else, so it couldn’t restart and voilá, when I kill the task once again, the system stays quiet. the red line marks the time I shut down the node.exe taskGuys, I have this with my home machine, and the PC at work. Hello,I am having an issue launching several Adobe applications on my Dell laptop. When I attempt to open InDesign, Illustrator, or Lightroom, the application briefly appears in Task Manager, but the status shows “Suspended.” The CPU stays at 0%, memory briefly goes to about 0.1 MB, and then the process disappears. The application never opens.This issue started after a recent February Adobe update. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps: Restarted my computer Ended Adobe background processes in Task Manager Signed out and back into Creative Cloud Uninstalled and reinstalled InDesign Attempted to reset preferences on launch None of these steps resolved the issue.Could you please advise on what may be causing these applications to fail at launch and how to fix it?Thank you.

Seriously?  Adobe has to install and execute multiple node.js processes (a server side software product for building crummy bloated javascript websites) on my client machine to run the Adobe Creative Cloud (what I consider a background app)?  Between these and related apps, they are consuming exorbitant amounts of memory and CPU.  Do I have to run creative cloud 100% of the time?  C'mon man!  I just don't get it.  If I can't disable creative cloud, I'll have to get rid of my photoshop plan.  I would expect an app like this to take about 400KiB of ram and .0001 CPU, OR to not be required to run at all.  Terrible decision to deploy this crap to the client machine.  Adobe, can you help?  I'm seriously considering bailing on this product.

We’re using version 6.8.1.865 (January 2026), which is the latest release as of this writing.  Our vulnerability management solutions are flagging this due to NVD - CVE-2025-55130 with a critical score of 9.1 for Node.js.  How can I remediate this in our environment?

Why does Adobe Crash Processor (ACP) keep running and producing lots of crash logs. I reported this about a year ago and there have been lots of updates since then but the problem still persists. I’m using the latest versions of the Cloud stuff and of LR (classic), PS, BR, and ACR. I can stop it by renaming all the instances of ACP so they can’t run, but at the next update they get replaced with no cure. Bob Frost

Tenho um plugin externo de estenção chamado Brazu Motion sempre funcionou numa boa. Recentemente eles atualizaram o plugin que preciso acessar pelo navegador, porém o after 2026 esta com incompatibilidade no plugin por que toda vez que eu clico nele só carrega e faz nada. Ja configurei a aba de scripts mas nada resolveu. Gostaria de saber se alguém ta com esse tipo de problema e conseguiu resolver. 

Hi! I use TotalAV as my antivirus and apparently it found two threats by the name of “ame.app.sv_SE.dat” that seemed to have come from Abobe (Not sure what app). It labeled the threat as a TR/SNH which I have no idea what that is yet. Could someone help me out? What does this mean exactly?

Maybe I'm missing something but I'm finding that Canva removes the background faster and better than Photoshop. I get a good high resolution transparent image that I can use in InDesign. My Photoshop images when I remove the background leave remnants and cloudy edges that never look good. There must be a plugin or something I'm missing in Photoshop to be outdone by Canva.

Error with selecting objects. is giving errors. I can't select anything.

I updated the Creative Cloud app last week to (6.8.1.865). It shows it under “Adobe Creative Cloud”. But it also says the previous update number (6.8.1.856) below it too. Is that normal? Has it actually updated properly? Or is it a bug or issue to be fixed in a future update? Or if not, why are the numbers different? I’ve tried reinstalling the app before and it says the exact same thing. 

I am plotting large numbers in a bar graph. Illustrator automatically rounds the number up and adds "e+06" to the number even with the column width set to 8 digits. How do I fix this to make it the exact number I input without the "e+06" in the cell?

Creative Cloud desktop, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat keep crashing. The Creative Cloud app randomly opens when I don’t need it and crashes. Have uninstalled CC and all apps, and re-installed but still happening. I’m trying to download Acrobat again but it is stuck. It is affecting other apps too like Chrome and Word.My laptop is brand new:HP ProbookAMD Ryzen 7 7730U16.0 GB (15.3 GB usable)64-bit137 GB of 477 GB usedWindows 11 Business version 25H2, fully up-to-date per Windows updater.Had problems with it on my old laptop so was hoping that getting a new one would fix it all. I am unable to do half my job due to these issues.

Hello Adobe Support Team and Community,I'm experiencing persistent and frustrating issues with the Creative Cloud Desktop app that are blocking access to paid features of my subscription. These problems have been ongoing despite trying all the standard troubleshooting steps.Detailed issues:The app takes an extremely long time to load the Home tab — it shows "Loading Home tab..." or "It's taking longer than usual" with a spinning wheel for several minutes (sometimes 5+ minutes). Once it finally loads, the plan section displays "Plan Information Unavailable" (it often shows as if I only have a free account). Because of this, the Beta apps tab does not appear at all, so I cannot access or download beta versions (e.g., Photoshop Beta, Illustrator Beta, etc.).
