Adobe has begun rolling out a newer Creative Cloud Desktop release v6.11, and the rollout is currently still in progress. As part of this update, there may be changes to the application settings and behavior that could help address the issue being observed.

For now, we'd recommend waiting until the new version becomes available to your device and then monitoring whether the cookie prompt continues to appear. Once you're on the latest version, please let us know if you still experience the same behavior.

We're actively keeping an eye on this issue and remain committed to helping you through it. If the problem persists after updating to the latest Creative Cloud Desktop version, we'll continue investigating further to better understand what's causing it and work toward a resolution.

We truly appreciate your patience and cooperation while the rollout is underway, and we'll be here to assist in every way we can. Thank you for taking the time to report your findings and keep us informed.

Thanks for sharing the screenshots, @Ann Bens. I was doing my research for the similar error and came across a community discussion from a month ago. Could you take a look at this thread and follow the steps @Jeff_A_Wright?
