Hello, I’ve been trying to resolve this issue for the past couple weeks with no real results.

I am currently using a Macbook Pro (running OS 26.5.2) given to me by my college, that previously had a school-issued adobe CC license.

Since I graduated, I have gotten a new license for myself for professional work, however I am now completely unable to access the apps tab on my CC, as I keep getting back a “not connected to enterprise server” error.

I’ve contacted my school’s IT and their proposed solution was to reinstall CC. I have tried this and it did not work. I tried to do a clean CC install using the instructions in this comment https://community.adobe.com/questions-602/apps-tab-in-the-creative-cloud-6-3-desktop-app-cannot-open-1218357?tid=1218357&fid=602 however it has also not worked for me. Is there any other thing that could be causing this issue? There are no firewalls on my computer. 😕

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

download the cc desktop app by using the links at the both of this page, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/apps/download-install-apps/creative-cloud-apps/download-creative-cloud-desktop-app-using-direct-links.html

install the cc desktop app using an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
