Bug Reports

Speed Test is 70 Mbps - Connection to Adobe servers is almost non-existent.  Adobe Pro just sits there saying it is down loading through CC.  Tried to download the Adobe Pro 64 bit installer...the speed states it will take 8 days.  McAfee is turned off.

How do I shut down Creative Cloud Desktop in Windows 11? Internet searches produce nothing useful. This app is a memory hog that I don't want running in the background. AI search says right-click on the Show Hidden Icons menu and choose Quit or Exit, but doing so does nothing. No exit option appears. I see so many users looking for a solution to this ridiculous omission by Adobe.

I pay for the full Creative Cloud collection. Today I tried to install Audition on macOS 27.2. This is what happened:1. The "Creative Cloud Installer" demanded administrator access to my entire Mac, and macOS warned that Apple could not verify this installer is free of malware. The Audition download image itself is notarized; the elevated installer it launches is flagged as unverified.2. During this one app install, Adobe placed a root-level launch daemon (/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.adobe.acc.installer.v2.plist) and a privileged helper tool (/Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/com.adobe.acc.installer.v2) on my system.3. "Adobe Creative Cloud" and an entry labelled only "Adobe Inc." appeared in Background App Activity, switched on and running, without my permission. Creative Cloud is again set to launch invisibly at every login (--showwindow=false --onOSstartup=true). I had disabled these entries before; Adobe switched them back on. On macOS 27 these entries cannot be removed from System Set

My photoshop files aren't showing up in creative cloud.

3 problems to report:1) Ever since I updated creative cloud a few weeks ago, now the dropbox desktop icons (for dropbox desktop app) have disappeared. And I went over it with dropbox and they instructed me to go to System settings on mac → general → Login Items & Extensions, and scroll all the way down to the “extensions” section and find where its says “creative cloud” and hit the circle i icon, and toggle on and off “file provider” then my dropbox desktop app sync icons come back. Dropback says creative cloud is notorious for hyjacking desktop icons. I must note this fix is temporary and resurfaces later. I’ve provided a screenshot below of what the dropbox desktop app sync icons look like. 2) Ever since I updated creative cloud a few weeks ago, my external hard drives on the left hand panel are defaulting to the creative cloud app. 3)the authenticator app on firefox. when im on firefox it asks me to type in a number but doesnt give me a box to type it in. but when I go to safari

I'm not necessarily looking for a fix as much as voicing my frustration and desire for more attention being placed on performance (essential) rather than AI or other "nice to have" features.I'm running a Macbook Pro with M2 Pro chip and 32GB RAM. Not a bleeding edge beast but a machine that should be more than sufficient for running creative apps effeciently. It seems to perform well with every other app or service, including running multiple virtualized servers (simultaneously via Docker), along with email, Slack, Clickup, Dropbox, Google Drive, and probably 50 to 100 Chrome tabs, all at the same time. However, Creative Cloud app and the Creative Cloud Content Manager service use over 52% of all battery/power over, on average, over any 12 hour period. The other important thing to note is that CC uses a ton of power, and sometimes excessive CPU, even when Adobe apps arent't being used.I began to wonder why I can't get more than a couple hours usage on battery power, and now I know. Qui

Hi. I have a MacBook Pro running Sonoma and bout a week ago, I started having an issue with high CPU usage from the Creative Cloud Core Service. It is running at around 100% of my CPU when I check it on activity monitor. Doesn't matter if I'm running an application or not. I've tried restarting, quitting the process, and reinstalling CC.

I am using an apple m1 2020 macbook pro running tahoe 26.6.2. I have been using adobe products fine for years on this subscription on this computer. Last week, out of nowhere with no settings change or deletion of any kind, my adobe apps all started giving me “cannot verify subscription” error messages and now I can no longer use any of my apps. I’ve seen 204, 201 and error code 20400. Currently getting 20400.  Things I have tried:-Checking clock-Uninstalling all adobe apps and reinstalling-Logging in on different adobe accounts (so it is a computer issue, because I can use my account on other devices fine, and NO adobe accounts work on this computer)-Creating a new user on the computer-Checked host files-Verified firewall was not the issue- successfully got the “pong” page-GlobalSign Root CA certificate checkThank you so much for the help!

Starting recently, the email notifications I receive when someone comments on a shared PDF review are displaying raw HTML markup instead of clean text. Each comment shows up wrapped in a literal <pre style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; white-space:pre-line;"> tag, and apostrophes render as the HTML entity ' (so "that's" appears as "that's").The comments themselves are fine — when I open the review in Creative Cloud / Acrobat on the web, everything displays normally. The problem is only in the notification email body, which suggests the email template is failing to decode/render the HTML before sending (looks like a double-encoding issue introduced on Adobe's side).Details:- This is on comment notifications for a shared PDF review ("You have X new comments on [filename]").- It started recently — it was rendering correctly before.- Nothing changed on my end (same email client, same account).- Affects the email body only; the actual comments and the PDF are unaf

Dear Adobe, My aim is to work with you to identify the cause/s the issue related below so that Adobe can provide a solution to prevent it happening again, most specifically to prevent this happening to anyone else. The Sequence of EventsOn Wednesday 12 August 2026 at approximately 17:00 BST opened my MacBook Pro and straight away initiated an update to the Mac OS , from 26.5.2 to 26.6.1, through the System Settings panel. Immediately after the update was completed I noticed that two applications were missing from the Dock, with two question marks in place of their icons.  See screenshots below.   Thinking that the links between the Dock and the applications were broken I opened the Applications folder only to find that both of the applications were missing.  I conducted a Spotlight search of my internal drive but it was clear that they had been removed from my internal drive.  I then checked the Bin (Trash) to see if they had been moved there but, once again, they were absent. I then w

In version 2026.001.21691 of Acrobat, a new bug has occurred which prevents Windows 10 machines from sleeping.  Once you have chosen, “Edit Using . . . Adobe Photoshop,” the computer will no longer sleep until Acrobat is completely closed. Closing Photoshop has no impact on the bug.The Windows powercfg utility reports that it is msedgewebview2.exe which is preventing the sleep: PS C:\Windows\system32> powercfg /requestsDISPLAY:[PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume7\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\EdgeWebView\Application\150.0.4078.83\msedgewebview2.exeVideo Wake LockSYSTEM:[PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume7\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\EdgeWebView\Application\150.0.4078.83\msedgewebview2.exeVideo Wake LockAWAYMODE:None.EXECUTION:None.PERFBOOST:None.ACTIVELOCKSCREEN:None.

How do I install the Creative Cloud Desktop app in another language? The default install is in the system default language.Another particularly annoying feature of Adobe is that it confuses Brazilian Portuguese with Portuguese. These languages are quite different and I always have to manually change all applications to English instead. Ideally there should be a Portuguese from Portugal (pt-pt) version available. If this is not possible, do not assume that a Portuguese system will use PT-BR by default instead. Believe me it is really annoying for a lot of people I talk and work with here in Portugal but also in other countries who speak Portuguese but not Brazilian Portuguese. Many thanks
