I understand how unusual it can be to see an estimated download time of several days when your connection is showing around 70 Mbps.

Since you’ve already tried downloading through Creative Cloud and the 64-bit installer, please try:

• Restarting the computer and router.

• Trying another network/mobile hotspot.

• Temporarily disconnecting any VPN or proxy.

• Clearing your browser cache/cookies or using another browser if downloading the installer through the web.

• Checking that sufficient disk space is available.

• Following Adobe’s steps for troubleshooting a stuck Creative Cloud installation.

Since McAfee has already been turned off, I wouldn’t make any further antivirus changes at this point.

If the problem persists, please share where the download gets stuck and any error message/code you see, and we’ll be happy to help troubleshoot this further.
