Feature Requests

As we all know, adobe accounts only allow 2 devices per account.This is nice, but frankly very annoying to use day to day when most users have multiple devices they work on. I myself have an ipad, work computer and home laptop, and am not able to efficiently use all three because of adobe's restricting policy. I have found through other online queries that many other users feel this way. It's very frustrating to have to log in and out, and turns me away from wanting to use adobe products long-term, when there are other softwares that don't restrict usage.

Adobe is choosing not to deploy these apps on Linux, pleased consider supporting Linux users by developing the apps for Linux. Everyone I know would move to Linux if it was possible to use adobe software on that OS,

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE add a consistent and usable scroll bar to the activated fonts list. I use different fonts for a magazine, but not always the same ones for every issue. It’s impossible to go down the list to remove the ones I don’t need or to find the ones I want to edit. It’s such a simple feature, what is the objection to including it?

Problem Statement Currently, on MacOS, Adobe Creative Cloud applications (such as Adobe Media Encoder, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) create and store application preferences in subdirectories inside: ~/Documents/Adobe/ For example:~/Documents/Adobe/Adobe Media Encoder~/Documents/Adobe After Effects 2025~/Documents/Photoshop Cloud Associates~/Documents/Lumetri This is problematic for several reasons related to both MacOS platform conventions and user workflow. 1. Violation of MacOS Best Practices According to Apple’s MacOS Human Interface Guidelines:The ~/Document directory is for user’s personal documents.The ~/Library directory is for containing application settings, preferences, and other system resources that are specific to the user. Should not contain user data. Check the Apple's Library Directory guidelines. In general the Unix-based system principles, user configuration and application support files should not be stored in the Documents folde

It would be amazing if we could choose a Creative Cloud Library as a destination for files exported with Asset Export. We make pngs of graphics that others use in presentations. It would save time if I didn’t have to save to a local location first and then add the files to the library. And collaborators would have instant access and updates.

It allowed designers to work visually and build websites without having to become developers. We know Muse is no longer being developed. Dreamweaver has also been left behind in many areas, while XD seems to be moving toward the end of its journey.So here is a question for Adobe:Why are these capabilities still separated across different products — or disappearing altogether?Why not bring the best ideas from Muse, Dreamweaver and XD together into one new application?Imagine a modern Adobe tool where a designer could:• Design a website visually, without coding• Create responsive layouts and interactions• Prototype the experience• Work with real web content and components• Have access to HTML/CSS when needed, without being forced to start there• Publish

There should be a non-subscription option for light users who only use a coule apps a few times a year.Apps like acrobat, potoshop, indesign and illustrator should be avaiable for individual non-subscription purchase, for those who want to install and have the apps always ready for use without continued maintenance costs.This has been a majority request for years, your subscription model is universally dispsed.Why do you pretend to care what your commnity says, when you cherry pick what you were gong to do anyway?Please offer alterntives to subscription. I don’t want to subscribe to you, I just want to use your products, freely and in my own time.

I am an illustrator, I barely use anything apart from Photoshop and Illustrator, but if I just hire these two I better pay for a complete Creative Cloud subscription. Everybody knows we can’t afford it. So, why not making discounts over buying subscriptions of 2 or more apps? Just an idea. 

I find the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app is extremely cumbersome and overcomplicates things. I wish I could update Photoshop, revert to a previous state, uninstall and reinstall etc. directly from Photoshop. Not to mention, the CC desktop app does not work properly. If you want to keep it (which I am guessing you do), please repair it, make it work. It almost never connects to the Adobe servers, which is why I always get the updates with delay. It only works when I disable the antivirus, and only SOMEtimes. Your troubleshooting advice don't help. So I don't want any new features in Photoshop, the app is already great. I want the CC desktop app to work and connect to the Adobe servers, so I can update in real time, not when the app wants. There is also another issue. When I do manage to update Photoshop, it goes so slowly, it takes 2 hours. And throughout the process I always get error messages that Adove encountered an error. And I have to keep my fingers crossed for it to work, or

Adobe Story CC was a great tool for the Adobe suite, especially for schools teaching media and story telling.Please modernise and re-implement Story CC as a part of the Adobe Express suite of tools or a Creative cloud app.

I share a computer with another graphic designer on different days. We each have our own preferences for what the application windows should look like. My suggestion is that you make it so we can each have our own appearance settings, similar to what they have in a vehicle. Just hit your own name and it automatically switches the view layout to each person’s preference. Thanks!

I have several suggestions for improving the User Experience for logging in to Creative Cloud.Support for logging in from Trusted Devices in an Enterprise environment using SSO with Conditional Access enabled In our enterprise environment, when we rolled out Windows 11 over a year ago, our IT Security group implemented Conditional Access. Conditional Access has broken SSO authentication for Creative Cloud. The login control on the welcome screen of the Creative Cloud Desktop, and individual member applications, do not support the requirements of Conditional Access.  Specifically the device information is not passed to the authentication server.  Thus the authentication server is unable to determine if the login credentials are being sent from a trusted device.  So although the authentication server is able to validate that the user has submitted valid credentials, it denies them access anyway, because it cannot determine that the device is trusted.The workaround Adobe Support provided

I administer Adobe Creative Cloud for a large group of users, about 1300+ individual contributors.We have been struggling with automatic updates not applying automatically.  Many of our users are not in compliance with being on the latest version of the products they have installed.I recently learned that Adobe has implemented a setting in the Application Profile for All Apps and Single App licensed products, to enforce automatic updates. But this setting is not available for Document Cloud, Adobe Acrobat, or Adobe Captivate. Can you please implement automatic update enforcement across all Adobe products? 

Lightroom for iOS used to automatically add photos saved to the device to a “Lightroom” album in Apple Photos. Please restore that behavior, or add an option under Save to Device to select an Apple Photos destination album.

In premiere. When you're cutting and in the flow- especially with dialogue, I feel it is a   waste of time and clicks to have to click the “toggle sync lock” button on the timeline/track area - every time I want to use that command .if there was a way to map that command to a key or series of keys.. would make trimming much faster for me. and maybe other people.. I could toggle a key thats mapped to each track or all tracks- and that would allow me to ripple and roll edit more dynamically  i’ve also tried posting this three different times to the future request form and premier and it won’t post it ends up here. I don’t know what the problem is so it’s just gonna stay here and I’m not moving it

I wanted to share an idea on integrating time sheets directly into Premiere Pro to streamline our workflow. By utilizing extensions (or markers-metadata panels within the workspace), we could track editing time per sequence or project automatically. This would eliminate manual entry and improve client billing.

Please set the Adobe Creative Cloud app to be able to close all font folders at once, or bring the folders in as closed and allow the user to open them. I have over 50 folders and to have to close them all one at a time is annoying. 

We currently have both Digital Media applications (Creative Cloud & Document Cloud) and Digital Experience products managed from the same admin console (https://adminconsole.adobe.com/798B3233633D9B460A495E8A@AdobeOrg).  As part of addressing an InfoSec finding regarding user session time for the Workfront application, we are being asked to configure both the session lifetime and idle timeout to 1 hour (attached email for reference). These settings were previously disabled based on user feedback regarding session timeout challenges with the desktop Creative Cloud applications, when we consolidated the products under one console. The situation currently is to reenable the session lifetime and idle time based on infosec recommendation and exception won't be granted. How can we manage the same without impacting desktop applications. This feature request is for to have an option for the setting referenced managed per product.

In the Enterprise Admin Console, if you purchase Adobe Stock credits, they auto assign to every user.  As a school I have thousands of users, all of whom are then free to use the limited quantity of credits we purchase.  Even worse, on every user provision, they receive a welcome to adobe stock email. This needs to be scopeable to groups and users just like every other adobe product in the admin console.

I would like to suggest an optional Emergency Offline Access feature for active Creative Cloud subscribers.The idea is not to replace the normal Creative Cloud subscription. It would be a premium add-on for users who may unexpectedly need to work in an environment where Internet access is completely unavailable.For example, Adobe could offer a secure USB hardware token containing a fixed reserve of offline working time — perhaps 1,000 hours.The important part is that these hours would not expire with calendar time. The token could remain unused for months or even years. Time would only be deducted while Adobe applications are actually running under the emergency offline license.A possible model: the user must have a valid Creative Cloud subscription when purchasing the token; the Emergency Offline Token is purchased separately as a premium add-on; unused hours do not expire; the token works without Internet access or Adobe activation servers; one physical token permits only one

Bring back the photostack feature from Lightroom Classic into Lightroom CC. Add a XMP file per folder to store such information
