Hi all. Now I get update for cc and after it I can't open apps tab.
I see the wheel spinning for many hours.
I tried reinstalling the program following the instructions https://helpx.adobe.com/en/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-app-doesnt-open.html?product=Creative%20...
no result. The tab does not load. However, the main tab opens instantly.
I tried to roll back Windows from the image to the time when there were no problems, but the program immediately wants to update again and there is no way to bypass this moment. The problem remains.

Restoring from an image is done offline. Of course, I rebooted it 🙂

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
if that fails, repair per https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html
if that fails and you have windows, open your control panel > add/remove programs > cc desktop app > repair
if that fails, uninstall using the correct uninstaller from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes... and then reinstall using*
if that fails, do a clean cc install carefully following each applicable step:
uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
if windows is your os, repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)
if windows is your os update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials>
if that fails, you probably have a corrupt user account. google your os and how to create a new one.

If I go to the site https://www.adobe.com/apps/?locale=en I have the same problem.
The ever-spinning wheel.
Do I need to create a new account and re-purchase the subscription?

I reinstalled windows from scratch and have the same problem. Probably the problem is on the adobe server side.

If anything, I've been observing the problem for the second day already. I didn't look at what happened on Friday. I only inquired about the app when the app suggested updating.

I tell you what!)) I can't rush to report right away. How do I know how global the problem is? First I figured it out myself. I read forums, cleaned the system, reinstalled it, so that I would definitely understand what and how.
By the way, the application doesn't really work that way. 🙂

how does that explain your "By the way, the application doesn't really work that way." comment?

)) A very interesting picture. Something has changed on the Adobe side.
Now the tab with applications displays all applications perfectly, BUT!!!! they are presented there in a way that they are not installed on my computer.
You can start to think that these are the little things in life, BUT!!! )) I don’t know what the consequences will be if I click the “install” button under the same “photoshop” application.
Why would I click the button, someone will think about it) I will answer) - the Adobe Creative Cloud application, based on this behavior, knows nothing about the programs installed (previously by these same applications). accordingly, they will not be updated.
Do I need to first remove these applications from Windows, bypassing the Adobe Creative Cloud application?
I don’t understand what Adobe is smoking. Why did they even come up with such a cloud installation option if you yourself cannot cope with its normal operation?
Now a lot of people who encounter the same behavior do not suspect anything, if they reinstall the same photoshop from cc, they can install a glitch, that the authorities can reinstall windows or erase the consequences, which will not be announced right away.
Really need to switch to DxO Photolab. This is no longer a joke. They lost the market for the video industry (Premiere, when many switched to Davinci Resolve), they will lose the market for photos, and they will lose it at this rate. Confidence in one's steadfastness and omnipotence is a very dangerous thing.
