So I installed a few beta apps from Creative Cloud, and now—surprise!—every other beta app has packed its bags and vanished from the "Apps" tab without so much as a goodbye. Just poof, gone. The few I had already installed are still hanging around, probably out of guilt and also working well. How can I make beta apps appear again on creative cloud desktop?

I notice that even though the Beta tab has disappeared from the top, two beta apps show up in the Update list. What, if anything, happens when you update them? Can you launch them from the CC app?

Okay, now we know the beta apps are installed, which is good. Try the steps in this Help page to have them show up in your CC app again:

Hi @jane-e ,
Thanks, but that didn't help. The beta apps are visible when I log into Creative Cloud on the web using my iPad, but I don't know why they don't appear when I access it from my Windows PC.

If the above steps don't help, please collect the logs from your machine using the Adobe log collector tool- https://adobe.ly/4nmIoMM upload them to a cloud storage service, and share the link with me via private message , so that our product team can investigate further.

I had run the log collector tool and some kind of file is saved in my desktop. Do I have to share that file with you?
