I have been graduated in last June. Can I still purchase the student version of the Creative Cloud, even if I don't have the University's email anymore? I read on somewhere that you can access student version an year after graduation. I have a Student Certificate from last May and a Diploma from June. When I try to purchase the student version of CC and I put graduation date there, it not allow me to continue purchase, because graduation date is not eligible. Is it the case that I can't use the student version, even though it's not been a year since I graduated?

We can't help you on this public forum, as we cannot assist with billing. You will need to contact Adobe Customer Care directly. Try the link to auto-open the Chat:

You can also send a post through X (formerly Twitter) to @AdobeCare.

Do not reply to PMs, which are likely to be scammers.

In addition, there is a Black Friday Special going on right now, so even with the regular subscription it's 50% off for the first year, then the price converts to the regular price.
