I've been trying to install the app and everytime it fails and says "Download error. Unable to reach Adobe servers. Check your internet connectivity and firewall settings, and then try again. (Error Code: 113)" and I've tried everything and still can';t install Illustrator.

What can I do?

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

if you have trouble downloading the cc desktop app or you see an error message when trying to install, make sure you have a compatible os (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html), and use the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

Hi @BRDZ94 Error 113 indicates network related issues. Please try the steps mentioned in https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#error113

If these don't work, open command promopt in admin mode and run the command: netsh winhttp reset proxy

Regards,

Ruchika Wadhawan
