I don't know about others in the Adobe community but I find it extremely annoying that Creative Cloud cannot open anything while I have my VPN operating. It tells me that I am not connected to the Internet when I know that I am and can demonstrate that I am. I have to close my VPN in order to open my Adobe apps. In fact, it is just plain annoying that I have to be connected to the Internet before I can open any of my subscribed apps at all. Other apps can do it, why not Adobe apps. I am sure it would only take a little extra work on Creative Cloud code to do it.
Hi @GeoffFM , what VPN are you using?

adobe suggestions have greater effect if made elsewhere.
for applicable apps, you can make (some) suggestions to adobe here, https://helpx.adobe.com/ie/x-productkb/global/how-to-user-voice.html
for others, use https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html

Hi @MeiBe, different VPNs function differently and yours may block ports/IPs that others do not. For example, I'm on VPN right now and have no problem using the app. Sharing details of your setup will help us understand the issue

Thanks, @MeiBe . We'll start investigating. In the interim, could you collect and upload a log file on your Windows machine after the app runs into the issue? Please share the uploaded filename with me. Instructions on collecting the logs are here: https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html

Thanks, @MeiBe . I've asked the team to look at the logs. We're also trying to reproduce this internally on Proton VPN on Windows.

I had that problem when I had switched to Mozilla's VPN. Could not use the product. They both pointed at each other.
