Creative Cloud Files - Please Help

Contributor ,

Can someone help me with syncing or uploading files to Create Cloud?

I understand the Creative Cloud File sync has gone away (why would Adobe do such a thing).  I recently upgraded to 1TB for the purpose of having access to many files despite what device I am using. Now, I cannot seem to upload those files to the cloud. Is there even a way to do this? I have 1TB of space without a wayto upload files so they can be available to me when I need them? If this is  the case, are there any alternatives?

I was one of those who thought about canceling my subscription earlier in the year. I didn't because Adobe is so ingrained in my workflow, but i really need to start looking for alternatives, unfortunately.

Thanks for your help!

@stwoods

Are you trying to convert files to Cloud documents? If so, follow these steps from Adobe's Help file:

Convert an existing file to a cloud document

You can easily save an existing Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, or Adobe Illustrator file as a cloud document from the respective Creative Cloud app. You can also convert single or multiple Photoshop, Illustrator, or XD files to cloud documents from the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Convert Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or InDesign files to cloud documents

  1. Open the file in your Creative Cloud app.

  2. Select File > Save As.

  3. Save your document as a cloud document. The dialog box you see depends on your app and how you saved your previous document.

    Details here:

If not, please clarify what you are trying to do.

Hi Jane,

Thanks for that tip. However, what I am trying to do is merely have access to files that i can use away from home, on other platforms like Apple, another Windows device, or on Android. Similar to what we could do with Creative Cloud Files. That way, if I am at work, or in another City,  I can easily access and update projects that I and currently working on, or use assets while working with other Adobe products on another device!

For example, I am working on a Premiere Project, and I can that the project file to Creative Cloud (previously).

I wat to be able to have access those project files, along with any other files that i need (prproj, pngs, mp4s, etc). This was easy to do with Creative Cloud. How do I easily do this now.?

Thanks
