'other versions' option not available on Creative cloud interface. I need to roll back from 25

Version 25 is incompatible with my PC. I need to continue to use Audition and Character Animator for my work project. I've successfully rolled back Premier via 'Other versions' from the creative cloud interface. HOWEVER for Audition and Character Animator the 'Other versions' option is not there.!! (I only get options for 'explore tutorials' and 'Manage Plugins' on the interface - see screencrops).  It MUST be possible to reinstall the previous version of these apps that we were working happily with before v25. Can some kind soul please tell me where to find downloads of Other Versions of Audition and Character Animator? A link or links would be very helpful. I am an Adobe Creative Cloud subscriber and we have been using it and paying for it for years.

1. you can install the latest and 1 version prior versions using the cc desktop app. you must have a subscription because previous versions are not available with trials. other versions are revealed after clicking file preferences>apps>tick show older apps (at panel bottom).


2. no other versions are available

that's a really useful suggestion. I tried it then I restarted Creative Cloud Desktop. UNFORTUNATELY I get exactly the same results from the interface 😞 (see screencrops in my Q). The ... menu for each of Audition & Character Animator gives me NO options for Other Versions. Do you have any other ideas? Perhaps the previous installers are to be found somewhere else. I'm gonna try restarting the PC, but it seems unlikely that would help. Thanks tho!

Would I be better off raising a tech support issue with Adobe? Please let me know. BTW apols, the screencrops plonked themselves right in the middle of my message.

it won't matter.  there's no work-around for your problem anymore.  

i didn't (and still don't) understand adobe's decision to force users to quit adobe or buy new computers, but that is the decision they made despite every community expert (that opined on this) trying to explain this had no (apparent to us) benefit for adobe.

This didn't help me, because I found no 'Other Versions' are available, but in case it helps someone else here's a screenshot to show where the pesky 'show older apps' button is to be found. Good Luck!

you're seeing the current and one major previous version, correct?

but you need something even older, correct?
