Problem with Older CC2020 Creative Cloud Updates

I think I know the answer to this, but CC 2020 is no longer allowing program updates to install. 

No matter how many times I click "Retry" I get the same message. Re-install is not an option at this point. Maybe a "Preferences" file delete? CC202 is no longer supported, and my machine will not support a newer OSX to load later versions of Adobe CC and apps.

the messages you're seeing are accurate.  

1.  there are no recent 2020 updates

2.  the old updates are no longer available.
