Hey everyone,

I’m running into an issue and hoping someone here has a solution. I’ve been trying to move my project files back to Creative Cloud storage, but for some reason, it’s not letting me. I’ve tried the usual methods, but no luck so far.

Has anyone else experienced this? How do you usually upload your projects back to Creative Cloud? Any tips or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

not anymore.

adobe used to support a local folder you could sync with cc, but that was discontinued.

for enterprise and teams, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/eol-cc-synced-files-for-business-plans.html

for individual subscribers, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/eol-creative-cloud-synced-files.html

now, you'd have to use something like onedrive or google files.

Are there best practices for companies who share large amounts of Indesign files (menus) while migrating from Synced to Shared? I have 1000's of files. 14 stores with 8 subfolders each. I have tried contacting Adobe but no luck.

i think it would be easier to use a non-adobe solution for that.

Then Adobe needs to reduce its costs because I am now buying storage elsewhere.

adobe would probably respond that price increases have been limited by this.  (but that's conjecture on my part.)
