Win 10: all background-tasks needed?

Hi,
I am trying to figure out which program/software component/... is slowing down my workstation after a few minutes
Key data of my system:
Win10 Enterprise 21H2, Intel i9-10980xe 3 GHz, 64 GB RAM, Nvidia Quadro RTX 5000, m.2 SSD, 2 4k monitors, latest version of Adobe Creative Cloud 5.9.x
e.g. working in Photoshop and Indesign is sometimes or after first steps very tough and delayed, the screen build of the panels on my secondary monitor is sometimes in slow-motion.
Small screenshot of my setting/layout/panels of ID:
At the moment I am interested in which components of Creative Cloud are necessary and if they all work fine. Please see my screenshot of the task-manger. Are there any abnormalities?
And I measured how long it took to launch Photoshop with a simple test image (.psd, locally stored, not in the cloud) – 22 seconds. I closed PS and measured the duration again: 14 seconds.
Then the same with Indesign, opening a simple document with this imported psd file: 32 and 14 seconds.
Question: Are these long startup times "normal" on such a workstation with this equipment and components?
Thank you very much for your assessments!

Hi,
this seem to be more an Computerproblem and not so much an Adobe Software problem. But yes, it may take a little longer to load depending on how well the built-in components work together. Hope that helps.

Sure, it can be only a Computerproblem 😉 and not a problem caused by the many, many components of CC ...
But I made various tests e.g. of the graphic card or RAM – all seems to be o.k.
Back to one of my questions: the various background tasks are all needed by CC?
Thanks a lot!

you can learn about most of the background processes here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/adobe-background-processes.html
and you can judiciously end processes and see if anything beneficial/detrimental occurs.
