I was having trouble copying a book onto my kobo touch, so I deauthorized my reader with the hopes that newly authorizing it may resolve the problem. When I try to authorize my device I get the error messge "Activation Server Error - code E_ADEPT_USER_UNKNOWN Digital Editions encounter an error on the activation server. I tried to erase the authorization on my MAC to reauthorize the computer and Adobe Digital Editions will not let me erase the authorization on the computer. Can anyone assist in resolving this issue?
