ADE Fehler: too many activations

Beim versuch ein neues Gerät in Adobe digital Editions zu aktivieren bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung:

too many activations.

Früher gab es einen Chat Link, in dem der zähler zurückgesetzt worden ist - jetzt finde ich diesen nicht mehr.
