ADE stopped working

Hi! I have Windows 10, and ADE worked perfectly on my laptop until recently. Now I can't even launch the program: it shows it's launching and then stops doing so. I tried reinstalling; it didn't work. What shall I do?

    Anch'io ho lo stesso problema. Disinstallando e reinstallando ADE non funziona. Attendo risposta. Grazie

    We are also having the same issues.  Downloaded a book from our library.  Shows as downloading and then nothing.  Adobe freezes up. Tried reinstalling but that did not work.  Hopefully someone has an answer.
