I'm using Digital Editions on Windows 11 with a text book. The app is almost entirely unusable. I have it on my iPad but can't use it at the same time as GoodNotes due to the publisher restrictions. I works fine there but when I added the text book to the Windows app, it became unusable. I only loaded 2-3 pages. You are unable to switch though pages with the same method each time (sometimes I can use arrows, sometimes I can use the trackpad, sometimes I can use the scroll bar). It also seems ridiculous that Adobe would release a product that wouldn't allow you to call or chat in for support. You can only get support through the community discussion. How can I get help with these problems?
