Can not load the books (Keep showing some error messages)

Hello.

I bought some books on Google play.

However, I can not load the book by using the Adobe Digital Editions. Adobe Digital Editions shows some error messages.

E_GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED

E_ADEPT_NO_FULFILLMENT_RESULT

I talked with the online staffs and they all run away rudely. They can not solve my problems.

Do you have books enabled on a lot of devices? If so, are some of those ones that you no longer use?

No. I open all the books in my one computer only.
