Connection Error Detected

Error "Digital Editions could not connect to the fulfillment server. Please make sure you are connected to the internet.".

This is the error which appears whenever I try to download a ebook .acsm file. My computers internet connection works just fine, I tried it on wifi and mobile data but this error still appears.

Has you check if date and time set right? If yes has you check your securitry software?

My time is correct, i think it was the problem of my firewall. After I added an exception for it, I was able to download it

Same problem.  None of the suggestions work.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled ADE, unauthorized and reauthorized, turned off antivirus software.  Checked time and date.  Nothing works.  This is really frustrating.
