I can't sign into Adobe Digital Editions from my computer.

I have removed all my devices from my account.

I have revoked the permission on my mobile device. It was still not working so I cleared the cache and data and then deleted my mobile app. I deleted and reinstalled the app on my computer.

I was still getting the error message: "You can grant permission to this computer as long as you don't use an Adobe ID already allocated to another computer or mobile device. Please try again".

However, it is written that it is possible to transfer elements between 6 devices. I don't see how this is possible if I'm not allowed to connect to more than one device.

Also, I learned by reading the FAQ that I cannot transfert a borrowed book to another device. I opened it in my mobile before learning that and I would like it to be in my computer since the mobile app won't allow me to zoom enough for the book to be readable. The liquid mode would be helpfull here!

I tried chatting with technical support and they just told me to post here.
