Digital Editions could not connect to the fulfillment server. Please make sure you are connected to the internet.

Digital Editions was working fine two days ago..now I get this message everytime I try to open an ebook.

I am having the same problem on my iPad, on my Windows10 device the .acsm files do not download from the Contra Costa County Library. I didn't have an issue using the iPad until about a week ago and have not been able to access any books since. I have borrowed books since and get the same errors.
