Digital Editions to kobo

My books from the library get to digital editions but can't get them to load to my kobo. What do I need to do?

I have bought a Chromebook and cannot get the library books from ADE to my Kobo Clara. It doesn't right click like it did on my windows laptop. I am in the UK and books are downloaded with borrowbox on to ADE. The appearance on the Chromebook is the same as on my Android phone. Please please can any one help?

Getting an error message said books can't be copied. Never have had a problem before
