I am struggling with a blocker with Adobe Digital Editions because I cannot open any ebook, it just the app does not load. I was searching in the event viewer and I found this:

I tried uninstalled and install the previous version 3.0 and I have the same issue.
Also I removed both .NET framework 3.5 and 4.8 from Control Panel -> Windows features and installed again but nothing changed.
Anyone knows how to fix this issue? I really will appreciate it...
