E-adept No Token Error...

Hi
I get this e-adept no token error when I want to open the acsm file. Although I paid attention to the following points, the error could not be resolved.
Can you help me?

1- The current version of the digital editions program is installed.
2- The device date and time are set correctly,
3- I repeatedly downloaded the file from different internet browsers,
4- I have deauthorized Digital Editions on my computer and re-authorized it again.
