I just got digital access to an ebook through campusebookstore and it freezes often. In the 1st hour of use, it froze at least 5 times. Campusebookstore says it is an Adobe issue, but provided me with the following steps to take:
I also uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe digital editions. Once done, I tried using the ebook again and within 5 minutes it had frozen again. I am using a windows laptop purchased last year. I have also looked for a means to contact adobe customer care, but I keep being routed to a page that does not seem to have any email address or phone number on it. Can someone give me that information, and/or tell me what I should do next?
