I have a BAUHN reader and have downloaded files from a public library. The files are in EPUB format and I have an authorized Adobe account.
The files open for reading in Adobe Digital Editions on my computer. They appear in the reader library but when I try to open them the message "File Open Failed" appears. No other options are available on the reader except to cancel the read attempt. There is no firmware update available for the reader.
Suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
