HD Resolution Problems

I purchased an e-book yesterday. It works almost perfectly on my Sony Vaio in 1920 x 1080 EXCEPT that I cannot view the entire image on a page. The ONLY way is to reduce my screen resolution to the "old fashioned" 1024 x 768 setting. Any ideas ?? Thank You.

The resolution of the eBook can not change of Digital Edition. Its only a problem to display the eBook in the stettings how the eBook was created.

Thank you for your help, I  now understand the issue. I'll simply use the book with the resolution on 1024 x 768. Have a good day
