Hello,

My previous computer got broken with my ADE still active on it. The computer was authorized, and I can't de-authorize it as it doesn't work anymore.

Thus, I can't authorize my new computer and use ADE on it 😞

Is there a solution ?

Thanks a lot,

L

If you have reached the limit of 6 devices on your ID, you will need to contact Adobe to reset your authorized devices. Start a Chat session, and indicate that you need help with your Adobe ID. (If you mention needing help with ADE, you may be referred back to these forums.)

Note that once your Adobe ID is reset, this will effectively 'de-authorize' all of your current devices; you cannot pick and choose. You will then need to re-authorize your active devices.
