Why is it impossible to get any help from Adobe with their ridiculous Digital Editions. Is it because it is a free program. As Kobo is the main user of this program their business will certainly be damaged by people like me who will never buy another Ereader from them and will recommend others not to buy them.
Over the time that I have had my Kobo I have had problems with authorization but now I have multiple copies of library books dowloading to Digital Editions all of which will open on the computer but will not open on the Ereader "not authorized".
I am spending my life online trying to make sense of this ridiculous program.
