Problem download ebook on Android phone

Hello,

I  haven't a difficuld time download my ebook on my android app. I followed the steps from the email instruction and authozised my phone device. But when i download my ebook form the instruction email, I am receiving an error message "Downloading Failed"

What should i do now?
