problems with autorizing a devize.

Hello

I try to autorize my new mobilephone in Aldiko Book reader. Somehow this does not work with my Adobe ID. It does not work with UD reader, bluefire reader or any other ebook reader. I have tried so many times that I have reached the limit of devices.

Please help me and zero my devices and explain how I should be able to read a ebook dowmloaded from a public library,

Has you ask directly for the reset? If you any question say you was transfer to forum. Only by reset the customer support over chat can help.
