Removing book from library doesn't reduce my count of installed devices

I bought my first digital book and installed it on a few test PCs to make sure I knew what I was doing before I installed it on my library PCs. In doing so, I've exceeded my count of allowed installs. Removing it from my test PCs (and cleaning the registry entries suggested by Adobe) only removes it from my test PCs. It doesn't reduce my count to allow me to install on remaining Library PCs.

Any ideas?

Thanks for trying, but no, none of these solutions work. Regardless of how many devices I've de-authorized and scrubbed, my installed count still matches the quota. I've been trying to work with the publisher to reset my account, but I'm not sure they either understand what I'm seeing or believe what I'm doing. It is odd that Adobe tech support told me specifically that they don't support this product. Maybe they should take their name off of it.
