My organization purchased ITIL books for reference at my department a couple of years ago. I've found that ADE makes them nearly useless, and I would like any advice on making it perform better in two ways: First - it is SLOW. Slow to scroll, slow to search, slow to add bookmarks, etc. Second - despite being told that these could be printed, trying to print hangs the print queue every single time. I understand and respect the need for security and proper use of digital resources - but this DRM is basically a way to render my PAID FOR resources worthless. HELP!
