Unable to Authorize with Adobe ID

When I try to authorize in adobe digital editions with my adobe account it gives me an "Incorrect login ID or password for the selected eBook vendor. Please try again.". I've tried resetting my password multiple times but it hasn't helped. Could you help me find the issue?

I had this issue and support were completely useless - I have a ".email" address as my primary which it didn't seem to like, so if you have a "non-standard" email I'd suggest creating a Gmail account or something to use for this.

 

Frustrating if you end up with multiple Adobe accounts
