unable to deauthorize computer

I have followed all the directions to deauthorize this computer but I can't login to my account. I have changed the password on adobe.com but digital editions is not recognizing my password.

I just found the answer to the deauthorization problem, but I'm still getting the error message

Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:

E_ACT_NOT_READY

Never mind! I trashed the previous downloaded book and then re-downloaded it and this time was able to read through ADE. Thanks for you response.
