I purchased a book in pdf and it required Digital Editions so I installed that and now when I download the link, I get "Unable to Download"

Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:

E_ACT_NOT_READY

 

I've been messing around with Adobe for two weeks and they haven't fixed it
