Close all applications.

In the Open text box, type regedit and then press Enter. The Registry Editor opens.

Close the Registry Editor.
Open Adobe Digital Editions and reauthorize..

I have re-downloaded, authorized, and the app icon is illustrated, but
the DE is not appearing in the app list in settings.
