Hello,

I need help, because I allways running in cicles throug the support:

My Tolino Shine said to me: "E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS" Error when trying to read a book.

But: I just use this one only. There are not several Licenses open!

So Please: A admin has to reset my counter.

Please help.

By trying to get into contact with the support-live-chat (customer care), I only get the link to the contact custumer care again .... and again .... and again.

No Chance to get active in contakt - just reading and no link ... only back to contact custumer care.

es ist unglaublich, dass adobe uns so alleine lässt mit diesem problem!!!! ich kann das nicht verstehen! ich habe ein neues gerät gekauft , kann aber meine ebooks nicht mehr lesen!
