Hello, I can't copy an ebook to my reader, error in communication with the activation server: E_ADEPT_NETWORK. Can you help me?

Yep still getting this error message. Cannot find any information. FYI this is when syncing using ADE app on android phone. HALP I am teaching university students how to use ADE next week would be good to get an answer! Also would be good for ADE to have 'premium' support available for free to libraries. Thanks.

Same problem here and still no answer from anyone. Does it mean the simply is no answer or Adobe doesn't care at all when people can't read the ebooks they have paid for??
