Printing problems

When I try to print a Digital Edition PDF the printed document is cut off.  I have tried another printer and get the same result.  I can view the document just fine.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Digital Edtion is a Program to display eBooks not for the print. When you want print a PDF should used Acrobat Reader.

When I try to use Adobe Reader I get the message that DRM features require Adobe Digital Editions.

Have you the Permissions for the eBook to print it?

I am supposed to be able to print once.  The Print function is not greyed out.  It does print but the pages are cut off.  I tried printing on 2 different printers and got the same result.

What settings you have set in the printer and the digital edition?

I have it set to fast normal, paper, letter, print actual size and duplex.  I tried single sided but that did not solve the problem.

Has you the same problem with a other eBook?

I have tried 2 different ones, one printed just right and one was cut off on the right side.

Then its no error with Digital Edition. The error is the setting of the create the File.

Thanks, does that mean I need to go back to the book owner for a solution?

Yes. In this case you can nothing do alone.
