probleme with connected adobe digital edition

hello i have a problem for connected my ID with my cumputer, because i have error message.

"you don't autorised whith this bacause is connected with other cumputer" but this is connected with my phone, this problem is not possible read this me phone.

and normally the id is valade for 6 computers . i don't understand

please help me
